Does your current trash can have an infrared smart-chip? I thought not. This one uses four D-sized batteries to open and close on its own, reducing odors and the spread of germs. Also, it looks a lot cooler than that plastic thing from Target. No word on when they’ll have one that takes the trash out for you. Thanks for the tip, Joy!
