  As it turns out, deep-fried polenta is a great idea. Salty, crispy, delicious, with a slight corn-nut aftertaste. The company sent a big box of snacks, and these were gone immediately.

  While you’re at it, try their avocado-oil fried potato chips. Almost makes you feel virtuous about eating chips.
