The Dakine Explorer and Mission bags are both fantastic accessories for the transportation and organization of academic and office supplies. Both items are made of durable polyester and are extremely well-suited to fit and protect a standard-sized laptop (about fifteen inches). While the Explorer is more straightforward in its design, it has a larger carrying capacity and includes five elastic exterior straps and three interior slip pockets that its counterpart does not.

The Mission is decidedly more form-fitting and dense, with two horizontal straps that secure the primary laptop sleeve to the user's back. At a slight cost to its overall internal space, the Mission includes extra padding in its laptop sleeve, as well as a scratch-free, fleece-lined padded iPad sleeve and sunglasses pocket.
