To wrap things up, this bag is great for the outdoor winter adventure, be it skiing, snowboarding, or ice climbing. It has a few configurations to hold your skis/board and does a good job at that. It’s pretty decent for hiking too but not ideal for EDC, as it lacks the organizational components needed.

The Dakine Heli Pro 20L Backpack is perfect for someone that spends time riding at their local ski resort but also likes to duck the ropes and drop into the backcountry.

Backpack Gear Test

It is an attractive pack but a little heavier. There are several attachment loops which should make it easy to attach a variety of items.
