Gregory Zulu vs Osprey Stratos

Gregory Zulu is suitable for mountaineering, hiking, trekking, travelling, alpine climbing and backpacking. Its sturdy 210-denier nylon body is very robust and durable.

The Stratos is also strongly-built and is designed with a shrunken down version for enhanced comfort while carrying heavy loads. It boasts of more organization features, with an internal hydration sleeve, 2 side mesh water bottle pockets, and 2 hip belt pockets. It also features a zippered top mesh pocket with a key clip and a tall vertical pocket with a zipper along the pack body. The variety of uses you can put these pockets is only limited to your imagination.

Differences:

  • The Zulu is more rigid and durable.

  • The Stratos is more comfortable than the Zulu.

  • The Stratos is lighter.

  • Quick access to the compartments in the Stratos.
