These products are both basic frame backpacks, which are ideal backpacks for long outdoors excursions, with and through their overall durability and unparalleled ability to distribute weight. Each backpack differs little from the other in appearance, but there are a few quality and functional variations which cannot go unnoticed.

The frame is slightly less obvious in the design of the Stratos. For some, this aspect would make it more visually-appealing than its counterpart, but it also precludes fewer visually-obvious compartments on the exterior surface of the pack. The Talon's heavier structure and denser insulation would make it an unattractive choice for the serious or long-term backpacker. However, its cheaper materials and cushy shoulder straps, as well as its more-obvious “head-pocket,” easily make it the comfortable choice for the casual backpacker.

The Run Commuter

Overall it is an amazing and sturdy backpack. It can be used for running without unwanted movement and bouncing on your back.
