The Gadgeteer

My biggest concerns are that the case chipped when it was knocked with hard plastic and then there’s the price. At almost $50, this is an expensive case that only offers protection against everyday wear and tear without any drop protection.

The Gadgeteer

Oddly enough, the main reason anyone puts a case on their phone — protecting it from a drop — is the one thing I thankfully didn’t get to test. I imagine that it would absorb some impact, but not much, and definitely wouldn’t protect the screen. If you’re prone to dropping your devices, I’d have to suggest a much thicker case.

Cult of Mac

This case is a pleasure to hold, with a soft almost rubberized feel and thanks to how thin it is, my iPhone almost feels naked. It also comes in five other colors, but the rose gold and black nicely complimented my fiancée’s 6s that I tested this out with.
