My name is Endri and I am a travel blogger. I live in Athens, Greece and I have traveled to many countries all over the world. I love water activities and although I’m an introvert at heart, you’ll often find me doing extreme things and trying new experiences.

I was raised by the sea and I have a very strong connection with the sea. I love all kind of water activities. I have tried scuba diving, snorkeling, paraflight, jet ski, canoe-kayak, water ski, and all types of water sports like banana etc. My favorite is the jet ski because I love the freedom to go whenever I want, as fast as I want. I also like driving small and fast boats.

How and why did you get into traveling?

When I was young, my parents would take me with them on family trips. They loved to travel. I guess, it got passed on to me but in double. Now, it’s my passion thanks to them.

At first, I had part time jobs, which helped me finance my travels but eventually I managed to create high enough quality content that allowed me to follow my dream and keeping traveling without having to keep a normal job.

Today we rank for more than 100k keywords. The most visited posts are those on the “what to see” category. People want information, valuable information!

How do you bring your things with you?

I prefer to travel light. My base of actions is in Athens. Everywhere I go I carry only the essentials. It makes the trips much more enjoyable. As for my bags, there is no 1 answer about this. It depends on where I am going. In most cases, I use suitcases or a backpack. Depends on the destination and the activities. I am not a brand guy when it comes to clothes and bags. I hardly ever remember the name. I can tell if a bag is good quality or not from the first moment I see it.

I try to fold my clothes neatly and start with them. Then they won’t need any ironing when I arrive at my destination. After the clothes, I pick delicate or important objects and gadgets and place them among the clothes or in places where they’ll be safe from being crushed or broken.

The quality of my bags is overall really good. I manage to get through 2-3 years without changing but I always do it when I see one of them beginning to wear out. It really sucks if your bag gets damaged during a trip, making it unusable!

Any gear you wish you had brought with you from the beginning?

Sometimes I forget things. My GoPro is one of the things I’d never do without nowadays. I also love carrying with me the necessary apps, which help me no matter where I am. I have the GoPro Hero 4 silver. I am quite satisfied but I am considering getting the Hero 5 soon. I also have a drone, the DJI Phantom 4 but it is not easy to take it with me on all my travels because of its size.

What has been your best travel-related purchase below $100?

I know it’s not exactly travel-related but my Sennheiser IEM earbuds have proven to be very awesome for me. When you’re on the road, sometimes it’s many hours before you reach your destination. During that time, I love to listen to music and relax or play something to get me hyped for the rest of the journey.

What is your best advice for other travelers?

I know it might sound funny but just do it! A lot of travelers, or soon to be travelers, I’ve met seem to have this innate fear to just go. It’s like something is holding them back when in reality, there’s nothing there. They say they’d love to travel but they don’t do it. My advice is to be brave and dare. Once you get going there wont be anything or anyone able to stop you!

What will the future bring?

I’d love to go to Tokyo, Japan next and visit this gorgeous lit up city that has escaped me so far! The future will only bring good things! One of my favorite motto is “The best is yet to come”.
